Family Orientation Registration - Fall 2021

Parent and Family Orientation is a one-day program designed to help parents, guardians and families of the incoming first-year students (Freshmen or Transfer). The goal is to offer information that allows families to assist the student in their successful transition to the University environment.

We ask that only one family member register, regardless of in-person or virtual. If families are attending virtually and in-person, they will have the opportunity to indicate if a virtual link is needed. 

In-person attendance will be limited to a maximum of one family member per student due to space restrictions. We understand this may be challenging, however our remote/virtual program will allow access to required sessions for your convenience. If more than one registrant is submitted, only one will be allowed on the day of.

Note: Only family members of Fall 2021 admitted and enrolled Freshmen/Transfer students will receive event confirmation details.

Registration closes at 11:59pm CST on Monday, August 16, 2021.

  • All visitors to campus will complete the guest daily self-assessment form upon arrival. More information regarding COVID protocols can be found here. 
  • Check-in starts at 8:45am
  • Lunch is provided at no cost for on-campus attendees
